Ok, thank you to all. I thought that existed a AT Hayes command (like in others nokia) to obtain the ICC. I wait to this weekend and will use a friend's iphone 4.

I have a Nokia N9 and I cut the sim to covert in Micro-Sim. But now i need known the ICC number, i read some forums how connects to N9 but i don't know which is the command for obtain the ICC...

Finally i solved the issue:
I flashed the eMMC and the firmware but the server to download the firmware is Nokia Care:
them i resolved the problem :)

Some go wrong in the mobile, now the camera error it's different, i will go to nokia care :S

i used debian SID 64,
flasher version: flasher 3.12.1 (Oct 5 2011) Harmattan
when i boot the phone show the message warning about loss of warranty
