We are expecting great things from the Natty release in that respect. Significant performance improvements have been made upstream in Plasma Mobile and we will also get the image...

if you got the kernel booting then it should come up..did you get the log in prompt? ..I had that blinking cursor once and i just rebooted and that seemed to solve it..maybe try that and really cool...

This is a bug in qemu-arm-static when you go from a Maverick host to a Natty chroot -seems my comment about OMAP4 is not correct then :(.

You could either upgrade your host to Natty or just wait...

since we are using the meego kernel then using the OMAP4 image should work on the N900 (the OMAP 3 build is currently broken on the build machines). Also the most recent meego image...

Our current target is to have Kubuntu Mobile fully working on the N900 in time for the 11.04 Natty release - so maybe wait until then if you do not feel too comfortable using the instructions

@LucianoBraga great!..you can test it now if you like..just download the x86 image from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/kubuntu-mobile/releases/10.10/rc/ and run it in virtualbox..i know its not the same...

I just made a change in the compilation which I hope has fixed the photo issue. On a separate note the Vista theme made by alex has been published under Creative Commons (by-nc-sa) in the gallery...

this sounds like a Canola bug and not with the Theme Maker

I made some changes to the theme compilation and it seems to have resolved the bg_list_selection problem..well at least I cannot make the default green bar show up whatever I do ;)

The server was out over the weekend as they were repairing the electric installationof the building where the server is..should be working again now
the text color is on my to do list ;)
