I suppose that by disabling a repo you recover some extra NAND memory free space. Index of extras devel is pretty big because of number of packages it provides.

Update: after having fixed server side eth/tap bridging, i'm receiving media server broadcasts over VPN. Interesting is, that djmount can mount media servers but built-in media player still does not...

Same issue here. Media Player does not offer connection to media server (tested with TVersity and Windows7 built-in).

Btw. i noticed poor battery life of my N900 when connected via OpenVPN...

Hi, I suppose that the app manager compares the list of apps with apps already installed. The visible list is the difference of both. In my opinion it is safe to delete.

should solve your problem. Anyway I think it would be nice if the app restoration dialog offered a button similar to "Finalize application...

Seems like a broken XFree86 in the current version of Fremantle. Command xmodmap uses XChangeKeyboardMapping API which seems to be broken; keeps setting the keymap to random values (mostly zeros)....

Where have you seen that? On the official site (nokia.cz) they don't mention the physical keyboard details at all, talking just about the "plnohodnotná hmatová klávesnice QWERTZ s predikcí slov"...
