There is an application called Cell Tower Info (http://maemo.org/packages/view/celltowerinfo/) which should give the information.

Scrolling: With a newly installed PR1.3 it works again. So the cause was probably some inofficial update package I installed.

Hm, I did look into it. The event handling etc seems to be fine. Just to make sure: Which pyqt versions are you using? I am currently running on 4.7.5.

It has something to do with the qwebviewselectionsuppressor, because it works again when I disable the selectionsuppressor. Unfortunately then text selection gets active again and selects all text I...

I stepped in the same problem, but got it repaired by installing the required hildon-initscripts version (as a downgrade).
