Plug your N9 in to a charger and try to boot it after ~30 minutes.
My device got the same message when I rebooted it with almost empty battery. Well, I had to reflash, but the reflashing event...

So far the modules have been working great at 1150 mhz with Smart Reflex on. Haven't tried any higher yet.
Can't wait to get the voltage control. :)
