Mine continuousely reboots whenever I enable smart reflex. I almost got myself in a loop I had trouble getting out of, where power drained quicker than I could charge it.....long story, but smart...

for the incoming line, from your mobile to your house, I would suggest you use a gsm adaptor with a sim on the same mobile company.

then the n900 to house leg of the call is liable to be free or...

With a combination of legal paperwork and, perhaps it would be possible for them to retain a small enough piece of code as to block this, without having to retain ownership of the entire phone code....

Good point, I doubt they'd be willing to make it 100% public domain, and I don't blame them, they spent a lot of money developing it.

However, given the ruling that it can only ever be deployed...

If Nokia has it working at demo level, why not just hand over the source code to the forum to test / fix it, I'm pretty sure people on here would if we had the tools to work with.

Don't fix your cpu at 900 with limits of 900 900, it will overheat potentially.

Moving the lower limit to 500 is a great idea though.

yeah it does.

Three major heat sources, charging, wifi and the cpu.

Add all three together and it does turn into a hand warmer.

Doesn't seem to cause any problems mind you.

Running nmap on your isp could get you in a lot of trouble.

They may see it as an attack or attempt to breach security.

kmplayer, using mplayer plays all avi files fine.

They do generally have to be on local file system though.

Anyone out there know how to change mplayer buffering so it'll play my network stored...

I've been running at 1.1ghz for months and it hasn't died yet, I suspect 80% of owners on here are running highly overclocked. I'm yet to hear of one dying due to the cpu frying

your media index database must be screwed.

install trackercfg ( not sure which repository ) and use the rebuild database option.

After half hour you should have em all back.
