I think my phone is way stable than before now, Just made a few calls as well as received calls and has not restarted yet. Although I will keep it under observation for the next 24hours.

Well I just took a new backup of everything on the device without the apps and device settings. so would you want me to format the device again and just restore the data and check. Also this does not...

Yes. They are the only authorized dealers in India that sell just Nokia phones and accessories.

Well the last N900 did not have anything on it, also when I purchased it and reached home I made my 1st call and it restarted after 20mins though I had like a good 50% battery power available.

No I have not overclocked my phone. I am a total noob when it comes to that. I did not understand this sorry (What's the value of /proc/bootreason after reboot ?). And I do not have a micro SD card....

Hi Everyone
Posting after a long time. Well I have a issue with my phone as it restarts automatically on a daily basis say about 20-30 times. And this is my 2nd N900 and I am facing the same issue...

I followed the same procedure and typed in the same commands on xterm but there was no change and also restarted my device.
But i guess it just did not work.
