Most of the computer stuff is manufactured in US thats why it is inexpensive. When it goes out for sale in foreign countries, all those duties, custom is added to the price.

This is the only comparision I have with Galaxy Note-2 and S3 and you can see the clear difference. Note-2 looks much better than S3. S3 looks totally messed up specially from side...

Their best selling Lumia 900 is already obsolete after the announcement that it will not be upgraded to WP8. So people will not buy an obsolete device. So they have to release their next generation...
