He means the ".bin" at the end of the file.
I have the same Problem as many else here, so I tried it step by step as mentioned with the result:

do you mind posting the commands that would be great. I dont want to add insult to injury. One Note, when I run the jarFile as User I got a failed to load Main-Class manifest exception....
