its abt q star dict the code which has been given bz cat its is to be used in x terminal or what and the file which ihave downloaded from net in which directory ihv to save dat file

file extracted of the q star dict is xdxf format qstar plugins dont detect this format

what is this code is this is to be used in x teminal , iam trying to install dictonary on my n900 but in vien cnt do it coz the file downloads in tar.bz and q star dict plugins do not detect it...
