N9 OS really laggy after updating to PR1.2

I used to be able to enjoy using my N9 before updating it to PR1.2 Update. But after flashing the new update, the OS has become real lag. Whether I am switching between home screens or browsing...

i have a Australian unlocked 16g black and if i flashed it with european fw, i should be ok right?.. using it on tmobile usa

I finally decided to take into my own hands and used the australian NDT pr1.1 update. it was successful.
