Re: Better way to access Gmail on N810?
I used Claws mail for quite a while - seemed to work very well. Of course, if you have a lot of messages in your Gmail account, it'll take quite a while for Claws to download all the old mail...

Re: 160G palmsize HD to N800.......working!

Re: Cannot Pair iGO keyboard
I don't suppose any of your smart people out there would be willing to put together a small package that will do this fix without a person having to use xterm and gainroot??
I'm sure the folks...

Re: Cannot Pair iGO keyboard
If you hadn't paired anything else before, it's easier just to
rm -Rf /var/lib/bluetooth/<your mac address>
then cycle the power. In my case, I had to remove the battery as well. Then power...

Re: I had a DREAM!
Yikes! Hey guys, the last thing I wanted was to start an argument among our more esteemed contributors. I guess by starting this post I was hoping for someone to come out with something like, "Hey,...

I had a DREAM!
Forgive me if this sounds like both a ramble and a rant. I sit here in my office in Angola, thunderstorm raging outside, and I'm thinking of heading home in two weeks - a two day journey.
I got...

Re: SU-8W Keyboard Pairing - What's the Trick?
Interesting idea, reflashing and not restoring from backup. Question is: What gets restored about the keyboard? Perhaps I can just go into the system and mess with those configuration files.

Sigh.... still nothing. Anyone want a keyboard?
I loaded hcidump and tried to see what the IT was seeing. Didn't help much.
Doubt this will change anything, but I'll run down to the shop and...

Re: SU-8W Keyboard Pairing - What's the Trick?
I guess I've got some sort of hardware or software problem, then. It is clearly logical that the system should wait for me to put in the passcode, but in my case the IT doesn't wait for it - it just...

SU-8W Keyboard Pairing - What's the Trick?
I've noted from searches that others have problems pairing their SU-8W keyboards and some do not. I upgraded my N800 a few days ago, and try as I might, I can't get it to pair with my keyboard.
