but you will have to rename the tiles; I have written a script but can't upload it ion here.

Take a look at this French website; the tiles appear to be organized in Mercator Lat/Lon, but with an alpha-numeric referencing system. The Topo maps and imagery are top notch though.

There no sqlite.exe or gpsbabel in the Poi_loader directory; I had to download sqlite3 of the net. This is version 0.6; should I try 0.75 that I've just seen on your site!

This is great, but I get a 'run time error76'; I suspect it is somthing to do with the .lib file that i can't find? I had to download sqlite3.exe and load it in the temp location too...
Any ideas...

jaska k, which WMS sites are you using? There are other, more accurate, ways to re-project/reformat data and I'd like to check this site out....

I have an N73 on Three and I pay £2.50/Mo for 10 MB just for the 3G data; my 770 works well through it and it's fine for car use and Maemo Mapper, but it goes quickly for mainstream browsing.

Thanks all - Upgraded and sorted the POI db - all fine and dandy. However I am getting a big 0 in the top Left of the screen, but only when the Gps is enabled and on - sometimes I see it countdown...
