I asked them (hebertrade) about N9, It comes with OEM box but it's granted M I finland. So, no original sealed Nokia box but an OEM, not sealed box (not sealed box 'cause all phones are checked)

I successfully get my n9 work on 802.11g access point but once at home, with 300mb/s 802.11n, like many users on this post, connection was unusable......
