- if you just recv'd the unit yesterday, why did you upgrade? it was a very minor upgrade and if your unit did not experience a 'power on' problem then there was no need to upgrade...

- btw, i have not experienced any 'power on' problem w/either of my units (one running os2007 and the other os2008)...

- sorry to hear that you are having problems though... i'd be upset too, but would rather try others' suggestions here...

- i'm also surprised your 'friend' didn't include the 128MB SDHC that came stock with the n800?
