Still, i believe the uninstallation method is incorrect or missing something,
since if you try it and then install a new nitdroid you'll get sh : /dev/mmcblk0p2 unknown operand error..

Could someone please fix this?
When you see this, try the following:

cd /
umount /home /and
mount /home /and
That should do the trick
