Sorry I got your message late. I'm not experiencing any problems with Ovi Store for N900 whenever I flash my device. So I'm thinking it could be because you need to do the full flashing procedure.

Or maybe Ovi Store has some restrictions depending on your provider or your location. Just my hunch.
