I wonder if the other hardwares are the step 4 and step 5 of the tablet series.

I thought that, but as it says "Valid for RX-34" at the front:

Valid for RX-34: 1301, 1302, 1501, 1502, 1503, 1504, 1601, 1602

it sort of implies that these are all hardware revisions of the RX-34 (which is an N800).
