770 is already kind of overclocked, it runs OMAP 1710 at 252Mhz, normal is 220 see http://focus.ti.com/general/docs/wtb...contentId=4670 Nokia gets speed-sorted chips so they can use higher clock safely but there may not be enough room for further increase. Still it may be worth trying (for someone) but don't expect miracles and do expect problems. As for underclocking 770, this was already discussed, search this forum. Don't expect significant battery savings, power management is already pretty good and OMAP 1710 cannot do voltage scaling (which gives most savings when underclocking)
