can someone confirm the same behavior?
This is a standard SSH message warning you that the computer you're connecting to is different to the last time you connected. Since you're connecting to your N800 that's to be expected since you just flashed new firmware into it.

Just delete the known_hosts file and all will be well.

Then run "passwd" as root and change your root password. It's a bit insecure having "rootme" as the password.
