Just my experience,

I've been using Smartreflex for 3 weeks now with pr.13+CSSU @600Mhz kernel power.

The device is very stable, the speed is ok, and the battery life is much better.
I get about half a day more than before. My N900 is up for 2days and a half on average with resonnable usage.
