Ok, do this:

Step 1: download http://google-api-python-client.goog...t-1.0beta2.zip

Step 2: unzip it to some directory

Step 3: go into this directory and type
If this worked, (you see it copy a bunch of stuff) you can delete the download and the directory you made if you want.
