OK, so go into Settings and under Personalisation tap Profiles. Under the General profile it should have "Vibrate" ticked and it will have a ring tone listed underneath with a volume slider. Ensure a valid ringtone is shown and that the slider is all the way to the right. Then click Save, and ring your phone to test.
