Not a bad start of a summary of what I did to my phone too ...

possible additions :
- used maemodder to enable hardware acceleration and LV-profile,
- QCPUfreq to OC to 250-805 and enable smartreflex
- Theme Customizer / CSSU tuner / transition control for ultrafast transitions
- Autodisconnect for improved battery-life (has nothing to do with speed)

I am no expert, but this helped me to love my phone more than ever before, because it does what & when I want, and not a second later
