I cannot comment on that as i have no knowledge about that. There is no reason why it shouldn't though. Consumer device not being released in coming weeks , so maybe FCC has more time ? Or maybe they have deal with FCC to hide documents like Apple.

This part is guessing on my part. I cannot confirm this.
