Thats normal business, because they want to get all attantion when it is officially announced. rumors can be good for devices, but to much rumor can be fatal for a new device
i already replied to that in a previous post today...

more then enough time for everybody to wake up, hear about it, get home, look it up & watch it. two times over.
do you really thing it would have taken NOKIA three days to get it off the air if they didn't want it there in the 1st place?
the only reason not to leave it on line eternally is because it was showing the one and only MeeGo device we'll get from NOKIA this year & it will be a CONSUMER device. good that ppl have a good chance to have a good look @ it, not good they get bored with it
(remember Apollo 13, the 3rd mission to the moon? it didn't even get on television before the explosion... "getting to the moon isn't that exciting anymore" )

if it is only a developer device, what does NDA matter?
