Mobile devices and DIY electronics make only too much sense together. It beats the portability of a laptop and provides interesting things like easily docking a small mobile to the electronic, or taking advantage of the various sensors found in a mobile (eg. camera or accelerometer).

I expect the ADK to be a huge hit.
Yes me too, ADK was one of the reasons I placed an order for the HTC Sensation today. It's a direction I really wish Maemo/MeeGo had gone further in, the Push N900 projects were a great start but seemed to not go anywhere. I can imagine with google's push and more standardized components available in kits etc that physcial computing with Android could take off in a big way
