just found this about the N950:

Rumors also say that phone will be powered by a 1 GHz Scorpion processor, Adreno 200 GPU, Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon chipset with lots of memory, 64 GB storage, 512 MB RAM, 1 GB ROM.
