Repositories do not restore from OS2007 to OS2008. At least when
I restored my OS2007 backup I didn't get my repositories back to Application manager. If repositories will restore from OS2007 to OS2008 then I think it is a bug in OS2008? Have you got your repositories from OS2007 to OS2008 by using backup/restore tool?
