I think it would be pretty rude of Nokia to show up with some Harmattan stuff because that would inevitably steal the spotlight.
I think the decision not to let Quim talk might be a sign that the Linux Foundation won't be accepting Harmattan as a part of the MeeGo family. I think it also means the upcoming Maemo device will be a very lonesome one, just like its older brothers before it.
However, MeeGo.com-MeeGo is
bursting
with interesting stuff and deserves countless conferences like this in its own right. So let's forget about Maemo for the next two days!
