It's a big brother's responsibility and obligation! I think you should do like #Dragoss91 suggested. It eliminates confusion and trust issues later. You talking to him about the right thing to do vs spying on him and letting him find out later. If he can't even trust his own big brother, then there'll be resentment and other serious gaps later.
