first click on the download button and download the file .
extract the file and you will have few files and 2 folders , just do as it says , copy the files which are in .queen beecon folder to /home/user/.queen_beecon_dir

but as you only need the weather one then ignore T1 and battery files and paste the wet.pngs and the NA.png to /home/user/.queen_beecon_dir.

then copy and paste the wet-place etc files to MyDocs and the make new beecons and then go to advance settings and then scroll down to import beecon then choose these files one by one and the import to buffer and you will have your widget done.
