This thread gave me so much WHY. Okay, first. Drivers. OMAP3+SGX5. Check. Flash chip. Not NAND. NOPE. Touch digitizer. NOPE. BME. NOPE. Hardware buttons - remap GPIOs.

Also, Apple still hasn't released XNU patches for the iPhone.
