I too had/have this problem for a few weeks. But I google'd for answers and I came across a bug report (bug 7026) here on maemo.org about clearing the GPS cache. I applied that patch and installed the Location Test app and everything seems to work again! Here's the bug-solution thread. Hope it helps.
