the icon show you two thing...

1.no SIM card inserted....
2.there a problem with your SIM card (inserted but unable to be read)

solutions....
1.take out you SIM card & bend it a little bit....re-inserted it & restart...
2. take out the battery & place a small paper above the SIM card holder & place back the battery & restart....
