Ok, here you go:

Modules deb (required by all of the below)

Multiboot deb

U-boot uImage
Also requires "dummy" kernel-bfs package, see attached

Standard kernel and flasher deb

Headers deb for compiling fcam-drivers on scratchbox, etc
Also requires "dummy" kernel-bfs package, see attached

UPDATED LINKS with watchdog re-enabled - please let me know if there are any problems.
