yes, but thats the dev device... its thicker, so the 12mp cam would have enough space... look at the N8 how thick it is around the cam, thats just because if the hugh lense/sensor combi... and if we get a N9 with <=10mm thickness (and without a keyboard), there isnt enough space, except they build in something new, some kind of 12mp slim version with same quality, but its cheaper to use the existing parts...
(my spec sheet shows both versions, but remember, as far as we know at the moment, the device will be the one elop is holding in his hands and thats to thin and to black for jessie (N950) )
