This is a new world joining of 2 very big companies that need eachother.

They are too big a company and unlike Nokia they do have the resources and development teams.
Two wrongs do not make a right. Two giants do not mean automatic success. And WP7 isn't exactly selling well. Nokia and Microsoft better have all of the pieces in place before the Nokia launch.
