Well anything short of teleporting capability ("Beam me up, Scotty") in their phones, will not make me buy one.

Seriously, once the bad news were announced in February, I've immediately notified my family, friends, coworkers that buying Nokia phones is not a wise decission.

Even If they fire a CEO (which will not happen for some time, since he had the confidence of shareholders for his intentions), that will not make me recommend nokia phones for some time.

It is about credibility and reputation, and they have lost both in a single day. As it turns, it takes a lot more than one day to rebuild them.
