As the Chinese tracker does state that final delivery was made, clearly their local agent HAS delivered it to somebody, just not me :-(
If it was shipped via China Post the tracking number should work in Royal Mail's tracker.

Could be it was shipped by another carrier (EMS/DHL/UPS/FedEx/???). On which Chinese website are you able to track the package? I think for normal China Post the tracking is done on intmail.183.com.cn
