While it can be difficult draw inferences from the information posted in this and related threads, I was wondering, if it is true that about 92,000 dev devices were made and that about 100,000 N900s were sold, it would seem that there would be plenty of dev devices to go around amongst those keenly interested in such device, at least at the early get go. (Of course I'm assuming that those most interested in a keyboard device are the N900 owners). So, I do not see why you would have to be a developer to buy one. Anyway, I'm not sure if I am working from accurate information so feel free to correct!
