I had the same ghost message after i removed kernel-power last year. It persisted until i reflashed for other reasons, but i never did look into how to get rid of it.

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?
