Ok so to start with I didn't want to stuff up my overclocking it took me forever to get that done (I'm on a lot of pain medication that just makesgetting my head around these things in life hard for me) but when I go to update to maemo 5 20.2010.36-2.002 the phone tells me I need to use pc suite well as luck has it pc suit tells me it doesn't fully support my phone.

many of my updates now require the newer OS (I think) so will not update

could anyone help me out should I re-flash with (what ) to get me back up and running at 1 Ghz with the new OS.
