Just one question: why 1.1-1 ? The packages you attached in first post aren't v. 0.1-1 ??
The 1.1-1 was originally just a typo I did when I tested the command. I apparently never made sure it was the right version. 0.1-2 should be enough, when you pin that version it will be the first version it updates to.
