Heh, the ugly part of coding in QtSDK is getting dependencies there.
There are two ways:
1) Either get the deb and extract it manually into QtSDK/Maemo/4.6.2/sysroots/fremantle-arm-sysroot-20.2010.36-2-slim/
2) Use mad-admin xdpkg:

mohammad@mohammad-i5laptop:~$ ./QtSDK/Maemo/4.6.2/bin/mad-admin xdpkg

Usage: mad-admin xdpkg <command> ...

 Commands
    -i|--install <package>.deb  Install extra package
