As far as i know CBD is LG made and i know the non CBD AMOLED screens on S^3 are Samsung made.
In the end it's just about price and availability and Samsung is only manufacturer that at the moment got enough capacity to manufacturer AMOLED screens in huge capacity as they got their plant ready and already working last month that increased AMOLED production 10x.


Not saying true they will use Samsung but something to think about. Many times proven Nokia insider dsmobile is insisting consumer device will use Samsung made AMOLED. According to him RM-680 will use LCD.
