Same/similar applies to Advanced Clock Plugin (pushing the CPU usage to almost always 2%, also consuming battery), which was the reason for me to deinstall that. (I know: wrong thread )
But only with Advanced Interface Switcher it is still below 0.5-1 %, so no big problem.
