This means you are running stock kernel, not power47. If you have multiboot installed you need to select power47 at boot. Otherwise I guess it is just downloaded but not properly installed on your device. Try to see if it still shows up in FAM, and if it does, install it. A backup might be a good idea if you're unsure.
