OK. Troubleshooting this shouldn't be as tough as that long output might look!

You said you're using FAM and from the output PR1.3 so these suggestions should fit with the icons and buttons in that client.
First check you have the correct repo details for each repo listed in your application client:

• Disable ALL repos (but keep them listed in the client).
• For each repository:
  • Enable, keeping all others disabled.
  • Press the update repos button.
  • Expect a "success" message.

If one of the repos fails to update, you have found the problem/one of the problems. Below is a list of the most commonly used repos and their details.
My On/Off status for each repository is listed at the very bottom.

Once you know you are connected to each repository, try them in pairs to see if their's a clash. Some do clash, as indicated below. I suggest not using a number of them on a normal basis because you'll reduce clashes and improve update-time.
