Poor financial planning, bro.

ARM's strategy (as told by ARM) was not to rely on future earnings, but what was available today. This a good strategy. It seems that far too many small businesses speculate based on enthusiasm rather than real numbers. The manufacturers of the EE seems to be one of these companies.
